Indications

Dosage and Administration
Adults: Take 5 grams of powder (1 level scoop) mixed in 200 mL of water or juice, 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food. Stir well and consume immediately.

Warnings, Cautions and Contraindications
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice.
