Order Cancellation
- Before Processing: You can cancel any time before we pack and label your order. Contact us immediately. A 10% cancellation fee applies for changes of mind or ordering errors.
- After Processing: Once your order is packed and a shipping label has been created, cancellations are not possible. This helps us dispatch orders promptly.
Returns & Refunds
🗓️ 30-Day Return Window
If something isn’t quite right—or you’ve changed your mind—you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
✅ Eligibility
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong item
- You changed your mind or ordered the wrong product
All returned items must be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used or opened products.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
- Probiotics & prebiotics (even if unopened)
- Compounded or temperature-sensitive items
- Special orders or clearance sale items

💰 Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible change-of-mind returns (unless the return is due to our error or a product defect). This helps cover inspection, handling, and admin costs.
📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you request an exchange, outbound shipping fees will also apply to the new item.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. In some cases, it may take up to 15 business days, depending on the inspection queue and payment provider processing times.

Important: Please do not send returns without first contacting us. Returns sent without authorisation will not be processed or refunded. Please do not use “Return to Sender” – these parcels often go missing or are marked unclaimed.
Stock Levels & Shipping Area
We currently ship within Australia only. Please confirm your shipping address is within Australia before placing your order.
- If your items are out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement, backorder, or full refund.
- All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of packing.

Please ensure your phone number, address, and email are accurate at checkout. Couriers may need to contact you on the day of delivery.
We rely on the details you provide to ensure smooth delivery. We are only responsible for shipping to the information entered at checkout.
Important: Once your order has shipped, we cannot change or cancel it, or update your contact details.
