RelieFibre™ (Taiyo Sunfiber®) is a natural galactomannan-based soluble dietary fibre made from organic partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG). Providing high concentrations of prebiotic soluble fibre, RelieFibre™ is a minimally processed, versatile powder that is tasteless, colourless and odourless, allowing it to be taken with water or added to foods, beverages or supplements without affecting taste, colour, smell or mouth-feel.

Dose:

• 1 scoop (5 g) once or twice daily in 250 mL water
