Each tablet contains:
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50 mg
Mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate 50 mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® - Zinc bisglycinate) 125 mg
Equivalent Zinc 25 mg
Lutein 5.0 mg
Potassium iodide 196 mg
Equivalent Iodine 150 micrograms
Selenomethionine 250 micrograms

Withania somnifera (Withania), root 4.5 g
Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree), fruit 44 mg
Derived from dry fruit 2 g
Zingiber officinale (Ginger), rhizome 25 mg
Derived from dry rhizome 1 g

Free from: animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast and soy protein. Free from artificial colours, sweeteners and flavours. Contains soy.

Dose
