Dose

• Bath use: Dissolve 1 cup in a regular bath of warm water after exercising or for relaxation; bathe for approximately 10 – 15 minutes
• Foot soak: Dissolve 2 tablespoons in half a bucket of warm water; soak for approximately 10 – 15 minutes
