In one randomized placebo-controlled trial where 60 healthy children took Biome Dental once a day before bed, significant improvements in gum health and reduced dental plaque were observed within three days. After 14 days, Biome Dental™ reduced the build-up of dental plaque by 69% and significantly improved gum health, with a 68% reduction in the gingival index (a measure of poor gum health). Compared to placebo and chlorhexidine mouthwash, there were significantly greater improvements after using Biome Dental after 14 days. Biome Dental Probiotic has also been found to provide significant benefits similar to clinical trials involving adults.

Dose

• Adults and children over 5 years: 1 sachet (1 g) nightly before bed, after brushing teeth and other oral hygiene practices
