Indications

Dose:
Adults: Take one capsule 2 - 3 times daily.

Each vegetarian capsule contains:
| Valerian root & rhizome 5:1 extract DHE: 700 mg from Valeriana officinalis root & rhizome | 140 mg |
| Passion Flower herb 5:1 extract DHE: 500 mg from Passiflora incarnata herb | 100 mg |
| Spiny Jujube seed 10:1 extract DHE: 900 mg from Zizyphus Spinosa seed | 90 mg |

Excipients
Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate.
Warning:
- Valerian may very rarely cause overstimulation in some individuals
