Men’s Essentials contains B group vitamins (B1, B3, B5) and active B vitamins (riboflavin sodium phosphate and co-methylcobalamin), which support the body’s energy production. Zinc and vitamins A, C and D support healthy immune system function. Zinc is also important for the maintenance of healthy testosterone levels, and selenium contributes to normal sperm production. Rhodiola is used in traditional Chinese and eastern European herbal medicine to help the body adapt to stress and support mental stamina.

- Schisandra is used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress and relieve sleeplessness symptoms. It is also used in TCM as a tonic for the kidneys.
- Rhodiola is used in traditional eastern European medicine to help the body adapt to stress and support mental stamina.
- Vitamins B9 and B12 can assist in maintaining blood health, and levomefolic acid (L-5MTHF), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and mecobalamin help reduce homocysteine levels.

Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warnings
- The recommended daily intake (RDI) of vitamin A is 700mcgRE for women and 900mcgRE for men. WARNING - If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
- WARNING – when taken more than 3000mcg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause congenital disabilities.
- WARNING - this medication may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time (contains B6).
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. Therefore, a daily dose of 150mcg selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Vitamin A'sains ethanol no more than 3% v/v as a preservative.
- Contains lactose.

- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
