Dose
- 2 level scoops (7.7 g) twice daily in 200 mL water with food

- Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts for an extended period
- When taken more than 3000 μg retinol equivalents (RE), vitamin A can cause congenital disabilities.
- The recommended amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 μg RE for women and 900 μg RE for men.
